How to export or permanently delete your Westernware account and personal data.

What gets deleted
Your profile, watchlist, saved products, price alerts, recently viewed history, Fit Passport preferences, foot measurements, fit anchors, fit recommendations and feedback, and AI conversation history.
What is retained
Aggregated, de-identified analytics that cannot be linked back to you, and records we are legally required to keep.
How to request
Send a deletion request from the email address on your account via the Contact page. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
Measurement data
Foot measurements are deleted with your account. Raw scan imagery is not stored by default, so in most cases there is none to delete.
