How Westernware collects, uses and protects the data you give us - account details, saved products, and Fit Passport measurements.

What we collect
Account email and authentication data, your watchlist and saved products, price alert settings, Fit Passport preferences, foot measurements and fit anchors, AI shopping conversations, and outbound click events used for attribution and analytics.
Foot scan imagery
We do not retain raw foot-scan imagery by default. Where a scanning provider is used we persist only normalized measurements and their provenance, unless you explicitly consent to image storage in your Fit Passport.
How we use it
To operate price tracking and alerts, to produce fit recommendations, to improve ranking quality, and to attribute outbound merchant clicks. We do not sell personal data.
Access control
Your account data is protected by row-level security in the database: only your authenticated session can read or write your rows. Staff access to operational data is role-gated and audit-logged.
